        Called for a taxi, asked for 2 people and 2 small lap dogs. Said yes, waited 40 mins then arrived and said he wouldnt take dogs.

        Couldnt even book a taxi because he refused to take a 6 month old puppy in his car even though we suggested he could sit in the footwell. You would expect a taxi firm in the countryside to take dogs.

        Dirty and smelly taxi only use if you are very very desperate, prepaid for a return journey however he failed to show up .
