        Not a good experience of Fitkit UK. I ordered 150KG of Olympic weights from their website, in stock. They then emailed me 2 weeks later to say that they are ready to ship the goods but the product was wrongly advertised on their website. A mistake by them. It was meant to be 100KG so would be shipping without 2x 25KG weights, was I ok to pay the same amount for the product or they'll refund me. Absolutely no consideration of shipping the 50 KG or offering discount as a good will gesture. Really poor customer service and a shame as I am starting my home gym so was planning on buying more. Oh FYI, they are still advertising the 150KGs for 650 even though they know its a mistake, so be careful as this seems to be a poor/misleading sales technique
