We highly recommend Cooper and Tanner Cheddar. We had Mackenzie throughout our purchase, we also met Sally a couple of times. Even though we had to pull out of the first house; Mackenzie helped us with a knew place within the price and area of Cheddar that we were after. Communication was good throughout the process and on completion.

My husband James and I have been hosting a delightful Ukrainian family since April last year. Having been with us for a while, they needed their independence and we needed to get our house back in order to have family and friends to stay. A mammoth effort ensued to try to find our guests suitable rented accommodation at the beginning of this year. All of us were feeling a bit beaten up as time marched on, because the estate agents we registered and spoke with, all made it clear that without various stipulations being met, the task would be a difficult one. Instead of acting in an encouraging way and trying to find solutions, we found we were met with negativity. That is until we found Caroline Peebles-Brown at Cooper & Tanner in Cheddar. Caroline was instrumental in helping us find a flat for the girls. Given all the potential complexities, she was encouraging, kind and could not have been more helpful. We shall always be grateful. And the girls love the flat. We really cannot thank Caroline enough for helping us secure a place for them. Not only that, but Caroline has found accommodation for several Ukrainian families in the area. We would also like to thank Jane too for her assistance. If we could give Caroline 10 stars and more we would! The girls are now getting settled in, they are in an area that they know and feel comfortable and can now carry on with the next chapter.
