        I can not fault the service I received from Jen on Sunday. I made an online purchase which was not what I was expecting I was unable to get to the Taunton store to return and I did not want to post it by Royal Mail due to the strikes. I called Jen and explained my situation and within the hour Jen called me back and I was able to return Theodore to Cheddar and pick out a new bear for the imminent arrival of our Grandchild. Thankyou so much for your help.

        The shop is very small not much room to move they have a wide range of Charlie Bears all different prices I purchased 2 bears the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, very abrupt she is definitely not a people person shes best kept out of sight I most certainly will not be going back there and I wouldnt recommend anyone buying from this very rude individual
