I have recently used Cars for a short transportation job and was very happy with the service. The price was very reasonable for fully enclosed transport and the driver was very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I was unable to get a response from CarsEurope regarding the collection details of my Ferrari while it was in France. Emails and phone calls went unanswered two days prior to collection which was annoying given they had my money more than a month in advance. The car was collected a day earlier than expected without my knowledge resulting in vehicle tracker alerts and without any contact from CarsEurope I was assuming the worst. Emails that I was promised with driver details and exact times never came. A Saturday delivery day came and went without notice, a Monday rescheduled delivery day came and went without notice and the car showed up on Tuesday having been delivered by a third party contracted to do the work without any contact from CarsEurope. I had to call CarsEurope at the end of every day to find out that the delivery was delayed. Nobody made an effort to keep me informed of its journey. A complaint about a lack of customer service is unanswered.
