(Photo Text First, Below is a Edit/Additional Description) Again, in my Descriptive Text Photo, you will see the start had issues. But Thank You, Roger Flint. For all you had done for the Schools education, Bullying issue, Violence. A the time i was a Student of Draycott Moor College. I dont know what it is like now, but If you go this school, Learn some form of defense & Discipline matter, because Again, your situation as a whole. Look, deeply, detailed. You are in a situation with the potential of being injured, but with the chance to get an education with a discipline in mind. My option at the age of 13 of Continuously being bullied. Calorie Intake, Protein, Workout. Get Big, Learn a Discipline, Form Of Defense. I DO NOT PROMOTE OR GLORIFY VIOLENCE. (Human existance means more than voilent nature) But in saying that, Doing those things stopped the bullys, allowing me to focus on increasing my Knowledge through the Schools learning education system. When i say bullys by the way, i dont mean name calling. I mean serious and physically. Try a term of having a blade swung into your hip, lucky it didnt pierce me but only my Coat. I was defending a teacher, me and this teacher had a level of respect. I asked the student if he wanted to talk to me, maybe we can work something out, calm him down. He approached me and swung a blade into my side. Luckly, again, refer to my "Calorie, Protein, Workout, Discipline" This was outside of the school, going to the Big Red Transport vehicle for Outdoor education, if i didnt know how to defend myself, i could have been seriously injured or worse. Again though, the most of thing that got me through this school is Intimidation tactics. By doing so i was able to learn more at a functional level, than being "Started On" if you understand my quotation, that is not my usual expression of someone attempting to "Tease" you. Because half the time it was Physical. This school is adapted to help Younger minds with difficulties to accomplish some sort of education. But the Physical side is genuinely concerning. Mr Roger Flint (Public record) Actually succeeded in lowering violence in this school, it was great, thankfully too we had a good rotation of teachers. Again... Fighting was still an issue, but definitely reduced. It was normally due to a New Student joining, Which alot of the time the new student, is a "Full Time G" or someone with a different anddifficult past or who has difficulty with Behaviour, Anger or mental health issues... understandable. But again, how did you get placed in that school? Anxiety for me, but i still had to fight. I like living, so, to defend my self against someone that had no regard for my Life, my existence. It was easier to fight back. Shouldnt have to In doing so, i created a form of "Reputation" which... again, caused more problem, because eventually that new kid comes in thinks hes "Gangster" your "Friends" say, Dont mess with "Name Here" and before you know it your fighting, trying to defend yourself against some kid thats had it tuff. I think all the kids that go that school have had it tuff, again, whats your position in life. Still, i see today from all the students i went this school with "Arrested, sent to prison" They all wanted to be "G" I just wanted to defend myself, and work to learn more. I did defend myself. Never gone to prison. "Defend" Not "Attack" And im sure no one would use violence again. Because the "Defender" Does not attack first. The teachers did restrain those who are involved in a violent act or difficulty with mental health. But if that teacher is not nearby whilst a student attacks you, what then. Deal with the pain and trauma after, or defend yourself from your attacker until help arrives(Then get restrained anyway) My Photographic review again was too large to post. But that will lean towards the "Good" Events at Draycott Moore College. Ps. Curtain Poles
