I spent 40 minutes waiting for one customer and the employee ( tess ) kept talking with the customer for life stories leaving the other customers waiting for long time Then he tried to talk with me about my life story I topped him and finished within 5 minutes

Took a whole afternoon to cancel a 24 months mobile phone plan for a sim card that I never received and, therefore, never used. Nevertheless, I had to pay the full 24 months. This should be illegal.
