Managed our block for several years. They started a disastrous renovation of our building that 8 years later is still having problems. Nearly everything they touched in our flat block was replaced or finished to a quality less than what preceded. If you post negative reviews about them they will refuse to provide you the management services they are legally required to until you take the review down. To be avoided at all costs.
