Training at UP has been life changing! The personally tailored training sessions as well as education about food, diet, and having a healthier lifestyle has been invaluable. As well as a physical transformation, I have acquired life long skills to a healthier, happier future. As someone who always felt out of place at a gym, I was nervous about starting, but UP and all the trainers made me feel extremely comfortable from the outset! I cannot recommend it enough! Give it a go

After trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle over a decade, I finally found some success with UP. The trainer Amanda is awesome and so relentlessly positive that i genuinely look forward to sessions instead of seeing it as a chore. Anyone thinking of making a lifestyle change, I would really recommend this. Don't think about it, just do it.

I have been training with Amanda at UP St Pauls since January and I have thoroughly enjoyed ever minute in the Gym with her, all the trainers are friendly, welcoming and I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable in the gym. I am halfway through my transformation and I have never felt better, the knowledge of the UP trainer really does put them in a class of their own. My strength, form and appearance are a testament to this. Ultimate Performance St Pauls is a Game Changer!

I have been training at UP in preparation for my wedding and my progress has been amazing, it's so helpful to have a trainer who really cares and helps you understand everything. I feel so much more confident in my body and I really look forward to my sessions, my trainer really helps me understand what we are doing in the gym and the nutrition advice is so important. The facilities are fantastic so many machines I had no idea how to use now I feel like a pro! The app is great and really keeps me on track, I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend!
