Rockhopper Mortgages

Having spoken with a number of brokers, I was beginning to become a little disheartened. I came across a couple of positive reviews for RockHopper and contacted David Rostrom directly. David immediately put me at ease and gave me the impression that I was speaking with someone who had a knowledge of the process, as opposed to just relying on information that was on a screen in front of him. David listened to my requirements and explained my options clearly and concisely. I have a relatively new business, and although the business has become quite successful in a short time, I was still limited to the lenders that would consider my application. Upon agreeing on a product that met my needs, David began the process. Once a mortgage in principle had been obtained, David handed my case to Alex Fryday. Alex provided the same high level of service all the way through to the mortgage offer being issued. I found Alex's consistency particularly impressive. All emails received a swift reply, even if just to confirm receipt of my communication. I can whole heartedly recommend the team at RockHopper.

We've just completed on our new home and its all thanks to Rockhopper. Our circumstances are not the norm as we both work freelance overseas earning in Euros. Being self employed reduces the number of lenders and also earning in Euros even more so! David took time to understand our situation and what we needed. We were happy to pay a 500 deposit because if they didnt get us a mortgage then we would be refunded. We worked with both David and Alex throughout the process and both have been very quick to respond, understanding and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them - after contacting more than 10 brokers, Rockhopper were the only ones willing to help and that just shows how much experience and knowledge they have as brokers. To be able to get us finance when others didnt think it was possible is amazing - full credit to them.
