They took 23,000 from me for stamp duty and never paid it to HMRC. I dont know where my money is and get responses such accounts should have paid it. Avoid!

Dear All, Please chose carefully your solicitor. They should support and advise you to avoid any mistake during the process. I would never recommend this company. I have spent so much time to follow them and make sure the things was going ahead. In the end I bought the property where I had to deal with a lot of issues. They never try to find a solution or deal with the matters. Not recommend at all. Thanks

A massive shout out to Johnny Sherrington. Absolute superb job on a very tough transaction. He was always available to take our calls and respond accordingly with all the information needed and best advice. A very honest and knowledgeable solicitor. I will always advise my buyers and sellers to use him on every transaction. Thank you again !!!!!

Shawn worked hard and was a nice chap but I think he needed some more support internally on what was, in the end a difficult transaction. In the end though the bill I received was 600 more than I was quoted and no one will now get back to my emails! I just had it removed from my final amount on the sale of the property. Ridiculous
