TSB Bank Corporate Office

Walking passed ATM belonging to TSB in Exmouth which was bleeping and observed a wad of monies hanging out of ATM. Straight away I took it into the TSB bank where staff appeared unsure of what to do. At no time was there any acknowledgement of my honesty. After many attempts trying to contact TSB spoke to a gentleman with regard to seeing if it had been claimed. He was very blase about everything and began to lecturer me about conscience , when asked not to lecturer me about this he put the phone down. I am very sad that the TSB conducts business without any social niceties .

Have been their loyal customer for a whopping 11 years and hadn't had a single issue until recently. Out of a sudden, they closed my account without any further notice. Didnt have access to my money for a few months. I kept reaching out to them by asking to provide a reason as to why they took such action and in response got a following message: 'Thank you for asking us to close your account'. Later on, theyd refused to reopen it. Was forced to open an account elsewhere. Completely shocking & outrageous service. AVOID BY ANY MEANS
