Very close to a popular shopping Mall , One New Change, TfL Bus stops on Cheap Side / Bread side stops, St.Pauls & Bank Underground Train Stations., Popular Historic Church & very Spacious Metro Bank (7-days-Open, with Locker Boxes easily available to book& use).

        Got to this branch at 4.29pm today. I was told the branch was closed. Lady at counter closed down her computer and refused to serve me. All I wanted was a bank statement which would have taken them 2 minutes to print off. Thank you for your service today. You were no help at all. My local Halifax has better work ethos than the people working here. LAZY LAZY LAZY...... LAZY! Glad you're not my go to branch. Needless to say I won't be returning!

        The lady who took my documents was absolutely incompetent, taking 10m to take a picture of my passport, apparently they don't even have a printer. Despite providing two proof of address with my name she said it was not good enough because it had the initials instead of the full name. I am cancelling my credit card application I don't want to waste my time with this type of bank. Rest assured I am filing an official complaint.
