This bank is extremely unprofessional. I made an international transfer for 1000 USD. The beneficiary never received the money. I contacted the bank and they replied that they sent the money back to the sender (me) as they were unable to allocate it to the beneficiary's account . The problem is that I have not received the money. It's been 2 months now, and I still chasing for my money.
