Adrian Hide Consultancy (Driver Risk Management)

Workplace driving course. It is so easy to become complacent when driving and this course was an excellent refresher with some interesting learning points.

We have recently worked with Adrian to produce a risk assessment for all our company driving activities, including the production of a Fleet Safety Policy and a process for ensuring that all our drivers are driving legally and safely. We feel our responsibility as an employer to do all we can to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people and see Adrians work as key to this. Adrians knowledge of the subject is indisputable, but equally of value was the care and time he took to ensure the work was relevant to our company, and that we fully understood the reasons behind it. Altogether, I would highly recommend working with Adrian. We couldnt have managed to complete this important project without him!

Adrian has a very discursive style in his approach, which is far less that of a teacher and more explanatory in tone. His courses also have a great blend of live action, animation and presentational styles, and can be managed in bite-sized chunks, which aids learning.

I have worked with Adrian for a while now and have found him to be a wonderful, passionate and professional person. He has a wealth of specialist knowledge when it comes to driver safety and ensuring your staff have the right skills and mindset to ensure their safety, the safety of other road users, and how that reflects on the company. Having completed Adrians online driver safety course, which is excellent, I realised how much knowledge I had forgotten or has changed since I did my driving test many years ago. The next time I drove I was more aware of everything I was doing and the bad habits that had crept into my driving over the years. If you have a van or a fleet of vans and staff you want to ensure enhance your businesses reputation out on the roads and more importantly, get home safely to their loved ones, then I highly recommend speaking to Adrian Hide.
