Great value for such a professional, friendly, knowledgeable team. We can not thank Lee Pointon and his team enough for all of their help and support with our property sale.
After having 3 failed sales due to covid, legal matters and maintenance issues, taking just over 3 years using 2 different solicitors (one local and one countrywide). Due to the legal issues each sale was ongoing for 7-13 months, with solicitors taking a long time to figure out what to do next etc.
When we had another sale secured we went on our agents local recommendation to use Lee and we are so glad we did. Lees experience and in depth local knowledge closed our sale in a matter of months, taking all of the stress of our shoulders by handling all issues with ease and giving us constant updates for peace of mind.
