Pick up a parcel !
Had a bit of money left on a Morrisons gift card which I attempted to use towards my bill , I was told that the shops wasnt Morrisons but mcolls , I said ooo I thought the signs said Morrisons daily ?!?? No we are Mcolls , fair enough , but youre not advertised as McColls but I agree that they may be the owners of the store , I was meant to feel so foolish for assuming this store was something to do with Morrisons !
Instead of your staff saying we are mccolls !!!!! Try gently telling the customer that you cant use the vouchers in a Morrisons daily which is fair enough .
Made to feel stupid for not understating the dynamics of your business !
