Very disappointed tonight, usually the food is top notch always cooked how we ask, waiting times are average. Lovely people on the phone. But tonight has been a major let down. The boiled rice came out the tub in a complete block, definitely not fresh and extremely starchy. The smoked chips definitely weren't upto standard they were dry with a few veggies thrown in. The chow mein also starchy and not fresh. All in all we won't be returning especially after the lady argued that the rice was cooked fresh by herself.

Ordered at 18.36 for 19.30 delivery. Received at 20.45 stone cold. Even the driver was embarrassed. The appetisers were soggy due to being left so long in the containers. Was told they would replace but it would take another hour. I phoned 44 times on redial and when they finally answered I was told they would refund half because theyd already cooked the food. I havent received anything back. Shocking service. The whole lot went in the bin because its unsafe to reheat rice. Ruined a perfectly good day. Would not recommend

Awful! Been waiting for an hour and a half and food still hasn't arrived, and they are now not answering the phone.
