This is my second time using them and both times they have exceeded my expectations. I came in with hair which was in a terrible condition and so thick they it was unmanageable. Teresa dealt with it amazingly and I came happy and about 2 stone lighter from all the hair that she thinned out for me. She gave me the best advise for my hair and I have left with hair that not only looks amazing but feels amazing.
