(Translated by Google) There is no parking lot in the vicinity, even inside the cgnl, about five trucks can fit. However, they also loaded on Saturday. The people who work here are normal anyway. You can't stay in Estre. (Original) Parkol a krnyken sincs, bent a cgnl is vagy t kamion fr el. Viszont szombaton is rakodtak. Az itt dolgozk normlisak amgy.Estre nem lehet bent maradni.

(Translated by Google) I missed yesterday's 3:00 p.m. appointment because I was stuck in traffic and I had a drop-off! They told me to come here at 8 a.m.! It's 1:32 p.m. and nothing! There's no toilet, no parking, we're on the side of the road! The worst English company I've ever been to I was! Its not just foreign drivers who are left waiting for hours, Im English and Ill never deliver there again. Im self employed and Ive waisted too much time sitting waiting to be loaded/unloaded. It does seem chaotic and they definitely have a disregard for the welfare of delivery drivers. I can only assume that the JCB staff are under pressure and are also frustrated with their chaotic system, it cant be pleasant dealing with frustrated delivery drivers all day, whist trying to manage an obviously flawed system. Upper management need to sort it out, I cant imagine that logistically the system works effectively for JCB.

One star is one too many. We don't get involved with loads going to this place any more, and we know that we're not alone: more and more hauliers are getting wise and blacklisting the JCB sites around Uttoxeter. Compact Products is amongst the worst, like visiting British Leyland as they were in the 1970s - a complete shambles in terms of their lack of organisation with goods receiving and handling. A wasted irony really, given that material handling is their raison d'etre. Quite why they even have booked delivery times is a mystery as they're absolutely meaningless. Having a vehicle waiting / standing for hours or even a whole day after arriving at the booked time is not uncommon. Once sent a vehicle in during the night at JCB's request loaded with "urgently required parts" and assurances regarding out of hours offloading (even with their own approved "Late Delivery Permit") only for the vehicle to be refused at the gate. Driver not only had to wait until the following morning but it then still took until 10h00 before the goods were offloaded. JCB's disregard for supply chain efficiency ultimately causes them problems. If someday they have should have a total change of attitude and procedures we might reconsider. Until then we - along with plenty of others - couldn't care less.
