Been holding off from this review. On the whole pleased with the company. By the time they got fitted and had stock from their suppliers. My biggest issue is 8 months on and I'm still waiting for the paper work. Especially the MCS certificate. Hence the 1 star. As they said I would get this, and my payback calculations included SEG payments which you can't get without the realvant paperwork. If paperwork and electrical certification isn't an issue then I can't fault them, but if you want MCS certificate, then I'd look elsewhere as I'm still waiting.

Cactus installed our 94kw solar system on our office in Wooburn Green. Matt who managed the project for us was incredibly helpful and responsive. The entire project was flawless and could not have gone smoother. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough and they even sent us some drone footage of the panels once up and running.

Cactus recently completed a solar and battery installation at my house. Their quote was very competitive, and the quality of their package seemed better than other quotes we had. There were some delays in getting the installation done, however this was due to supply issues so can't blame Cactus for that one, although communication and updates could have been slightly better on that front. They did however offer some alternative options in order to speed up the process. The installation team were great and were happy to explain everything they were doing and how the setup worked. Overall, really happy with my experience and would recommend.

Just had new EV charger fitted by Cactus Energy. Great service from start to finish, with regular updates through the whole process. I would highly recommend them.

I am the head of marketing at Superior Wellness. We moved into a new premises in March 2021 which was much larger than our previous one. The office move, combined with the increase in orders, made us re-evaluate our sustainability strategy. We are delighted with the results from the Solar Panels by Cactus Energy so far, which have exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
