    Received an email Christmas Eve telling me i needed to contact them regarding a accident (which I hadn't had). I called them up and told them they had the wrong person and was told my details will be removed from thier database. Fast forward to today 21/1/20 and I have a man knock on my door asking to speak to me about this, he shows me ID but shows me his OYSTER CARD! I told him again that he has the wrong person as this accident happened 400 miles away in a vehicle I have never owned in a place I haven't been for many years. He was very rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong. Reading other reviews of the company now I'm not shocked by this but be cautious!

    I lost my phone been without a replacement for weeks these then I get a phone call from rgi solution's who then ask me question after question asking me to get receipts will update in due course

    Absolutely a business that wants to undermine your claim. Call you a liar and bend over backwards not to resolve or help you when you unfortunately have to claim. I know now that their goal is to try and discourage customers continuing with their valid claims. This is a good business model for them but unfortunately out of pocket for the customer. I provided them with all the evidence including proof of purchase, proof of usage for my lost handset. Because the shop i purchased my handset is no longer trading, my claim was rejected. What a bunch of cowboys.
