Recently had some laminate floor fitted, hall through to kitchen and also front dining room. Really happy with the service and the fitting. Everything was done at the exact dates and times quoted and I asked the fitters if doorplates could be avoided and they listened and worked really hard on the day to complete a large job very professionally. Second time I have used this store and would go back again.

Great service by Ash and Elliot. I came to United carpets after being messed around with another carpet store. Elliot was very helpful and gave a very competitive price, it was better than the other shop. Ash came out and did the measurements and a few weeks later it got fitted. Highly recommended

AVOID AVOID AVOID Carpetright Handforth Dean , took money for carpit removal , disposal and new fitting. 2 men arrived and on removing the old carpet one pulled me aside outside thinking they were of camera and asked for 150 to disposal. I told them no, disposal was agreed and paid for in the showroom, i called the showroom and to my disgust they said they couldn't remember the conversion . On refusing to pay Any more than what was agreed , 8 other men arrived and stood on my staircase chatting to each other. All on my security cameras. I was home alone and felt incredibly venerable. The carpit treads are nailed in and lifting now , all my wide treads where removed and binned replaced with thin ones that do not hold in the carpit. What a bunch of cowboys. They also are happy to scam people for more cash. Also over measuring ment the fitters tried walked away with enough wool carpet for another job and my expense. They were cross when I demand the ridiculous rolls of off cuts back, valued at approximately 240 . AVOID AVOID AVOID
