Between these guys and house crowd we had a nightmare trying to buy a property. Vague, inaccurate "updates" (e.g. "the kitchen will be installed next week. Oh sorry, no, it's not been done... it will be done the week after" and so on), false promises (literally every month the property was going to be finished "next month"). No communication at all if we didn't pretty much hound them, which is not something I normally do. When we pulled out we had to chase the refundable deposit several times. SPS didn't have control over the development of the property not being managed well, but they did have control over how much they updated people. Terrible customer service.

Just completed on our new home with SPS and would like to give a huge thanks to Tom who helped us throughout the process. He always answered my calls and quickly responded to emails, and accommodated to any requests we had for the property. He also helped to chase up solicitors which is much needed to get completion over the line that bit quicker! Thank you Tom and Fraser who helped us with the mortgage too. Highly recommend.
