        I highly recommend new directions counselling. I was in a very bad place after experiencing bad luck one after the other. I started to behave in away that i didn't recognise myself anymore and realised i had to change. I looked around for counsellors and gave them a call. After many sessions i started to see a difference in myself, i am now getting back on track with my life and getting back to my oldself. I could not of done this without the help of new directions counselling.
