        Bought a fireplace in 2017 & we have been a customer ever since. I get an annual service on both the fireplace & the boiler. Phil is such a down to earth, friendly owner and he goes out of his way for his customers. Whenever I have any questions or problems, he is always willing to help & to resolve any issues. It is also a refreshing change to have an engineer like Kane! Don't hesitate, book in with Firegrate!

        I have nothing but praise for the service Ive received from the staff at the Fire Grate. My gas fire wouldnt light and even though it was the week before Christmas, they squeezed me in, the Engineer came and worked his magic.
