Aimee is the best at what she does! Her classes are so motivational. I hadn't exercised in years and I never thought I would like group classes. But I finally found the right place for me with the mix of classes on offer. Everyone that attends the classes are welcoming and friendly, Aimee is a huge part of that as she makes you feel at ease as a new member. My fitness levels have increased so much in just a few months. Music is amazing and leaves you feeling super upbeat! & there's more!! Aimee also offers a nutritional service, she's really helped me to begin to overcome some dietary struggles. Her knowledge is absolute power when she shares it with you! I can't thank Aimee enough, you won't regret joining Aimee's classes!

I started Aimees classes over 2 years ago and they have become a staple part of my week! She has supported me in changing my life to a much healthier, happier one and Ive even discovered that I actually love being active which has been a revelation. The community Aimee has built is just brilliant, lots of lovely women from different walks of life all supporting each other in the pursuit of giving ourselves the care and attention we all deserve.Xx

Aimee's classes are simply the best you will find around Cheshire, I have attended most of her classes for over 4 years now and I still love them just as much as I did at the beginning. She is always fun, very professional and cares about the ladies who attend so that you are getting the most out of your workout. Her routines are fantastic and you get such a buzz from them.Her classes are totally addictive, try it and I can promise you will be back for more!
