I contracted DigitalIQ to carry out SEO and PPC services and a website redesign on behalf of our company. Within the first month the director I was dealing with left the company, so I was given a new PPC manager, who it took 2 weeks for her first contact with me. I found the service received was not inline with the service promise provided when i took on the service. There have been delays (prior to COVID) which resulted in them giving a free months PPC. The PPC was poorly set up and never completed. The SEO service was inadequate, they missed a core part of SEO which is site speed and I have to request they look at the speed of the site. They did not actiion this request, thus I had to get another company to work on the site speed. The website they built is unfinished and a basic build quality for the amount I am paying for the website. I asked if the work was outsourced and I was told it was not, then I found an IP address from India which clearly proves the Director was not being honest with me. Due to Covid, apparently they furloughed all staff - not sure why a digital media company could not work from home. I had promises by the director that he would work on the SEO service, but he did not. I have been trying to contact them and not getting any communication at all. I have viewed on Linked-in another Director i had contact with, who has been avoiding me is no longer working for the company. I am trying to establish is this company still open - or has it closed and not had the decency to advise its clients. All in all, the service prior to Covid was slow and led by the client and not the company. unfortunately, I have been forced to share my experience as no one from the company is communicating with me and wondering if any other clients are experiencing the same issue.

We used this company for our SEO campaign after we were approached online. We did look at other providers but they were local and happy to meet with us beforehand to discuss our project. We are now first page on pretty much all our desired keywords, we are continuing our contract with them. Thanks
