Very poor costumer service. Damaged product was sent. It was highlighted to them within 30min from the receipt and when I requested a replacement it was ignored and I was blamed for the damage. Avoid Avoid.

Dreadful experience. Ordered a body pump kit on 20th March prior to lockdown announcement. Received email saying order was complete 26th March, whatever that means. Never received goods. Messaged company through website and Facebook. Nothing. Just received refund from PayPal. I could have made good use of the kit over the last 2 months, but I was also prevented from shopping elsewhere whilst left in limbo. Now you can't get any kit without paying extortionate amounts. Very unhappy.

DO NOT!!! touch this company with a barge pole!!! place and order at the beginning of this pandemic as they're online system said they still had stock. after waiting 2 weeks, i tried contacting them through number (which is premium rate!) got no where then contacted through facebook and got fobbed off with them saying they were extremely busy and orders were taking longer to get out. i then found out they had run out of stock and was waiting for more to come in, so i asked for a refund which they said they would do straight away.... it never happened!!! now having to go through credit card company to try and recover my money. absolute con merchants!
