After much research I decided to buy a Gamo Maxxim Elite Swarm from A.Branthwaite Gunsmiths as they were the cheapest around by far and I have also had good experiences buying Air rifles from them in the past. When I went to the shop the rifle was not in stock however John who was very helpful informed me they would be in stock the next day, I left a deposit and picked the rifle up today. I have had a rather small problem but annoying nevertheless with the rear trigger guard bolt being chewed up from the factory which in fairness is not Branthwaites fault. I spoke to John again who was very understanding and said he will order a replacement from Gamo straight away as this is clearly a factory defect. So far the experience has been a good one and a very pleasant one too. I will however update this once the Trigger guard bolt has been replaced. "Quick update the trigger guard bolt has been replaced and came within 48 hours via DPD" Thanks Branthwaites for your help and professionalism!

Bought a Berretta pistol from the shop, used it for the first time on Sunday. After the first magazine it was unable to be used due to a fault. I returned to the shop on the Tuesday and showed them the issue. Without question the exchanged it. These gentlemen are so polite and professional it's a shame there kind of servicer no longer exists. I would recommend this shop every time.

Great little shop , when I say little that's a bit unfair as it's really big in the other rooms full of stock. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys
