    It took a year for our chairs to arrive. 2 were broken and sent back to be mended. Nearly a year has passed and they still have not arrived back. Two chairs from the original order have broken Having said that we like the chairs and find them comfortable and pleasing on the eye.

    Ordered 8 chairs over 6 weeks ago but still waiting. You have a legal obligation to fulfil orders after taking full payment up front, and the second I mentioned this and the idea of a refund, that's when the responses stopped. When the correspondence with Rob stopped, I tried Claire, she said she couldn't help. As a company, you should be ashamed. The service is terrible and perhaps a bit of honesty with your customers would be my suggestion.

    Many thanks for the VAT invoice. I would just like to add that the ordering, over the phone communication and well as the delivery were brilliant. The goods arrived on time, the delivery man was not only expecting me but called me by my name (a bonus in this day and age of deliver and drop). He was polite and deposited the goods exactly where I requested. Also the goods were well packed and in perfect condition. The chairs were an addition to existing stock and to the untrained eye merged into use seamlessly.

    2023 review. Rob Riley and Elliot Brierley are no longer responding to my emails asking for replacement for 5 chairs damaged on delivery Last August. I cannot recommend that churches use this company. I am still holding out for resolution of the issue and will post an update here. 2022 review - Rosehill have asked me to "put a favourable comment on our website". I promised an honest review. I would not recommend this company at all. Avoid at all costs. Nothing has changed since our negative experience in 2019. Still nothing on the website to indicate that products are made to order and can take months to fulfil. Customer service is atrocious. Chairs were delivered after a lengthy delay, unannounced, during a funeral. Chairs were damaged coming off the lorry and as it was during the summer period we were unable to check quality for some time. Rosehill are taking no responsibility for damage on delivery. Repeat Not RECOMMENDED. 2019 review - I have been waiting for a refund on a failed order for 6 months. The order - for a single chair - was placed in June 2019. Despite several emails to the managing director, Elliott Brierly (who had promised a refund and had taken 'personal responsibility for the issue) I have heard nothing - no response and no refund. I would not recommend this company. Of course now that I have posted this review I will probably get a response - I look forward to it. UPDATE 19th May - refund now received and also apology from the company. However this doesn't explain why there had been no responses from my emails and voicemail messages. Customer support I'm afraid is severely lacking and needs improved. I
