No effort was made to match the stonework and the mortar joints are enormous.
The internal work was appalling: The plaster finish very poor and the decoration was very amateurish. eg filler and woodwork were not sanded or even cleaned before being painted, paint runs & splashes on the walls & woodwork, window painted closed.....a complete mess. Their decorator just didn't seem to care. The paint soon flaked off, as did the wallpaper and I ended up paying for a professional to redo their work. Definitely not a quality job.
(Contract reference 200148/AF, date 7th September 2020. contract sum over 52,000). I wish I could upload some pictures of their workmanship. Service: Refurbishment
