Rubbish chemists,got loads of staff but not one can pick up the phone. You can ring for ages,but nobody answers. When you walk round,they are all having a chin wag and NOBODY in the shop!. When you do get your prescriptions,there is usually some missing. Worst chemists ever.

Staff don't appear to have learnt how to answer the phone. I had to try there on a Saturday morning because my local chemist was closed. After trying for the best part of an hour, I walked there which was about 25 minutes and they didn't have what I wanted. I tried the phone while I was there and staff blatantly ignored it. I tried ringing again this morning, again no answer. I wasn't going to waste my time again, so went elsewhere.

If I could rate zero stars I would! Tried to order allergy milk for my 9 week old baby, the staff were extremely rude! I asked her the price of the milk and she tutted at me and very rudely told me to wait a minute before transferring me to someone else! I will not be using this pharmacy again!

We switched chemists due to lots of problems at old one. Scorahs are very helpful and the pharmacist is really experienced. We switched 6 months ago and not a single issue whereas was constant at our old pharmacy.
