Kwik Fit - Cheadle

Really disappointed by the service from this branch. My son, his wife and 2 toddlers had just landed at Man airport to find his car had a partial flat tyre. The metal valve caps had been over tightened and fused to the wheel. We explained this and that it was likely that with an appropriate tool it was likely to take less than 10 seconds to sort out. However the officious person who we spoke to insisted that they would have to wait 1&1/2 hrs to have it looked at. This was clearly impossible with 2 young children on board. Whilst understanding that there were prebooked appointments to be seen in due course - the person we spoke to showed no compassion for a young family in their hour of need. It really would have been so simple just to offer to have a look and see what could be done. For someone in a customer service role to have so little empathy, lets down the branch and Kwik Fit brand.

Excellent customer service - Short notice tyre fit - fitted me in as soon as they could as I had a long way to travel - couldnt ask for a better experience. All very nice people - If lived closer would definitely use again and recommend Cheadle branch to my friends
