Absolutely awful experience with Cottonprint. Terrible product, and when trying to contact them to ask to send the t-shirts I ordered back, it was virtually impossible to contact them. I called their phone number a whopping 50+ times without any answer whatsoever over the course of 10 days. Several emails later and I still havent got resolution for my issue. This is despicable, some of us are trying to run businesses here. Do not buy, and if you do, prepare to be scammed.

Please could you reply to our multiple emails and messages or at least answer the phone. We are over 400 in debt to you and you have not fulfilled our order or replied. We would like a refund now or we will be taking legal action. Many thanks.

Very happy with my order. Ordered 6 t-shirts, which were despatched promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe (during Postal Strikes too, so that's good doing!) One of the items was picked incorrectly and I rang a couple of times but no answer. I panicked a little after reading some of the reviews, so dropped an email ... this was promptly replied to, and the lady (Gail) advised that another in the correct size would be sent out. This arrived next day unbelievably, and when I asked about returning the incorrectly picked item, Gail suggested I donate it to our local charity shop, which I did (what a lovely gesture!) So why 5 stars? Because mistakes happen, we are human! It's how a company deals with those mistakes that resonates with me, and IMHO I got a 5* service! Thank you very much :)
