I have been taking my dog to Cheadle Doggy Daycare for around 4 months. I was reluctant at first due to her being scared of anything that moves. With the love and support at Cheadle Doggy Daycare, my dog is now very content around other dogs, she has grown a lot since attending Daycare and I cant thank Kerry any more for her efforts in making my Peppa more confident. The service and communication I have received from Kerry is certainly above and beyond what I expected. I receive pictures and messages throughout the day about what Pep is up to, and we are always welcomed with a friendly face when we pick up/drop off. Thank you Cheadle Doggy Daycare, love Peppa x

If you love your dog then please do your research and find an alternative than this place for your beloved pet. I feel this place was set up originally with a view to make money and not for the benefit of the dogs or their owners. They have zero knowledge of dogs, their behaviours or requirements. For 8 months my dog attended this day care twice a week without any concerns. One day out of the blue there was an incident involving my dog which I feel was a 100% avoidable and poorly managed. A few days after this incident I was instructed not to bring my dog back. This conversation was held with the gentleman owner of the business whom I had never had any communications with previously. He informed me that as they were in the process of adopting a child and he would be having more involvement with the school and didnt want my dog to attend anymore. He stated he and my dog had a negative relationship and that my dog displayed undesirable behaviour towards him. He was incredibly aggressive on the telephone and questioned my abilities and intentions as a dog owner. On reflection my husband and I strongly suspect this behaviour was the direct result of fear. As previously stated my dog had been attending for over 8 months and this information was never communicated to my self . I am confident that this man has scared my dog in the time he had been attending this awful place. Regretfully my husband and I were never given the opportunity of meeting this man prior to registering our dog and I personally feel had we then we would have seen the warning signs and found a better alternative school for him. I only hope with time we can repair this fear my dog has now developed of men. We now have to live with consequences of our actions of sending him initially and can only hope no other dog is treated as badly as my own.

Our puppy's been going to Kerry 2 days per week since November. We did initially try another local daycare but after 1 full day, followed by a half day we were asked not to take him back as he barked 'all day'. Kerry took him on after a brief evening meeting between him and the other dogs she had at the time, she had no worries. She has never mentioned barking. Puppy can be a bit boisterous at times and through our many daily updates, Kerry tells us if he's been told he needs to calm down. It is extremely important that the person who is looking after your dog is able to be honest and open with you and supports your dogs learning as we training him at home. He has a great time at daycare and comes home exhausted but gets super excited the mornings he knows he's off to Kerry's. Kerry is one of the most reasonably priced daycares in the area, her house is always very clean, she's very patient and she works hard with the many puppies and dogs she has. We really appreciate the sharing skills he's learnt as he doesn't have another dog at home. Thank you Kerry, I wouldn't send him anywhere else :-). I can see a rather disgruntled owner has left negative reviews below, this is extremely unfair. They say there is poo all over the place, this could, literally be no further from the truth - I think Kerry must have her hoover and mop out multiple times per day - her kitchen floor is spotless.
