        He refused to install a door for me as I had carpet fitted already. His whole demeanor was quite antagonistic from the start, he didn't even introduce himself when entering. He didn't have any dust sheets with him and was intending to plain a door down in my living room! Its laughable really. I'm pleased he refused to do the job as i could tell he wanted to do a quick job and leave.
