        It happens to me for not reading the reviews before insurance my car. I had not received my telematic device on the 6th day, I called and they sent an email saying 'we'll not be cancelled until royal mail send the device'. On the 14th day it was already cancelled and they charged me 225 (the device was include). Scam.

        Do not use this company. Don't deserve one star. They will scam you and try to keep your money. Stay away. Staff there also treat you terribly and constantly fob you off. We're now going through the financial ombudsman with them. Company needs shut down.

        Avoid this company at all costs. Have unsuccessfully tried to cancel my van insurance as I had to have a replacement and have to redo a new policy. Trying to get hold of their costumer service is impossible. Been waiting on the hold for several hours without any luck and even after being told there would be a call back still nothing days afterwards. No such luck through emails either, as I never getting answered back. This is just another rip off company to scam everyone of their hard earned money. All companies like this should be vetted and blocked before getting on comparison websites.
