Awful service. Called to let them know that Im running only 10 mi ties late due to traffic. They said its all okay just to call me back to say they cant do it anymore when Im almost at the salon. No customer service. Horrendous would not recommend. Had the audacity to ask me if I was to rebook when Im 5 minutes away to an appointment that I only was running 10 minutes late to. I wasnt late for brain surgery, this is a hair cut we are talking about. Avoid at all cost. Service: Hairstyling

Would not recommend this salon for Hair extensions staff are so rude and overcharge you. Got hair extensions fitted a few months ago and they are so off with you. Customer service shocking. If you get tape hair extensions you are restricted to the salons that can do the upkeep. In all the years I have been going to a hairdressers they make you feel like they are doing you a favour not you are a valid paying customer. Would never use again!! Service: Hair extensions

Amazing staff who know there craft! Best people to take care of your hair. I have never been happier in the 25 years of having my hair treated professionally. Jo doesn't just rack up a huge bill. She painstakingly finds the most suitable extensions for your hairtype she may just need a few packets she will let you know. I feel like family when those doors open.
