        I live in Florida and was talking to my parents on Facetime when my Dad tripped and put his head through a glass door. In a panic, I called the fire station as I couldn't dial 999 from the US. I just want to say a big Thank You to the Lady I talked to on the phone and to the two paramedics who came to the rescue. You all did a fantastic job and even put me on the mantle piece, still on Facetime on my phone, so that I could stay in touch.
