This company is not even worth a single star. I had a non-fault accident in November 2022, and they are still disputing my case. I have had to get solicitors involved to deal with this. They DO NOT respond to the phone; when they do, the workers are unprofessional and rude. I would avoid insurance companies that use Action365 at all costs. Pay the extra to get a reputable company.

The shear amount of negative reviews for Action 365 say it all. They came to collect my damaged car from my driveway to drop off to garage, 10 days after accident. I was expecting to get courtesy car immediately after they took my car; but was told that someone from garage will call me (don't know when and after how many days) to let me know if my car will be scrapped or can be repaired!! I still do not know how many more I will have to spend without a car and when I will get a call from them. Action 365 Ltd is least interested in resolving any problems and just coldly asks to ring the garage directly. It is interesting how these car insurance companies run. I had my original car insurance through 'Wise Driving' (which is now dissolved); whose claims gets passed down to 'Pukka Insurance' (also dissolved); which now gets passed down to Action 365Ltd. Action 365 Ltd and Pukka Insure Limited are/were owned by the same owner, who have string of 11 dissolved companies; mostly related to claim handling and insurance.
