I asked the gentleman to remove the stains and smell from my sofa the stains are still there, he said he would call back to clean them but he hasn't been in touch he said he didn't know he had to clean the stains!! Asked for a written receipt so I can claim the money back, ignores my calls text to ask for a pic of the receipt still no answer I'm so fed up of asking no I would not recommend very unprofessional Services: Upholstery cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

The service, communication and professionalism offered was excellent! We had our large corner sofa cleaned by Bee Clean in a couple of hours, and the clean up and after-care advice given was very thorough, and helpful. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review, is because the primary reason for getting the sofa cleaned was to remove the odour from our cat having urinated on part of it. After all had dried, the stains had gone, but the odour of the cat urine on the one part was still there, and was still as strong as before. To be honest, I can't compare this outcome to that of any other professional upholstery cleaners, and it may be that the odour from cat urine is simply too embedded to clean out. That said, the rest of the sofa feels like it's had a new lease of life, so I would recommend using Bee Clean for general furniture cleaning for sure!
