Rude receptionist that lacks initiative, poor communication and listening skills. I have sent numerous correspondence to the nursing home in regards to a query, which I havent received a reply back.

my dad john spent 18 days before passing away in this care home just like to thank all the hard working staff for the care and conpassion they all showed

Excellent facilities and amazing staff. From the moment you walk in to reception, you are made welcome. The carers and nurses on the 2nd floor are wonderful. Hard working, but very friendly. I cannot praise the facilities and the staff enough.
