Sarah did our wedding video for our wedding. She was fantastic. Shes so lovely and calm and we had had a real laugh with her on the day yet at the same time shes so discreet that we barely knew she was there. Shed never worked with the photographer before or at the venue, but you would have never known! Communication was so easy in the build up and afterwards too. Our videos are fab. We especially love the highlights reel and have watched it so many times. She truly captures the day in a lovely way. I know a video is something that a lot of people do debate whether they want or not before their wedding and we were exactly the same. With the videos that Sarah made for us, we 100% know we made the right decision. Thanks so much Sarah

We booked Sarah to video our wedding last year. We were fortunate to have a small lockdown wedding but like many others sadly had to postpone our wedding reception until this year. This meant we also rearranged our video package with Sarah. We are now due our first child a month before our new reception date so have cancelled the celebrations. I contacted Sarah 8 months prior to the date and explained our circumstances. We paid a 98.50 deposit and also the remaining balance of 886.50 a few weeks before the wedding. At the time we thought we were able to go ahead with our small wedding reception but then the guidance changed and we had to postpone. Sarah has said she will not refund our 886.50 as per her refunds policy. We were never shown a copy of this refunds policy and have since asked for a copy and it has not been provided. Sarah has offered to move our booking to a new date, but as we do not plan to now have our reception this does not help us with the money lost. Sarah has now stopped responding to our emails and I'm really disappointed. I completely understand the circumstances are difficult for many small business (we own one ourselves). We have no problem with Sarah keeping our deposit as we are cancelling the booking. I am however upset about the remaining 886.50 that Sarah has kept despite no services being supplied. If we had been shown a refunds policy in the first place we would not have paid this money up front due to the continual changing covid restrictions. I am sorry to write a bad review but I'm upset that Sarah will no longer communicate with us.

Sarah is absolutely amazing, shes such a lovely person. On the build up to our wedding day we met with Sarah to go over things and she was just so easy to talk to and we both felt like wed known her for years. On our wedding day she was brilliant she blended in and didnt even realise she was there sometimes as she was very subtle. We and our families love our DVDs and especially how they were parcelled up when she brought them round. We want to do it all over again!! Thanks so much you made the best day of our lives even better. Highly recommend Sarah at vows and videos.
