I dont live locally anymore but still travel to the practice as I have full faith my pets best interests are always at heart.
All the staff are an asset to the company and I cant thank them enough for caring for my pets throughout the years.

The reason for the 1 star review is because I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to contact me with my cats blood test results. This aspect of the service is a disgrace. I called the practice to make sure they have the correct contact number, they did. The receptionist then told me that the results are back but I would haveto wait for a vet to call me. They closed at 1pm today and still no call.
