AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I have no words to describe how irresponsible these people are. I would not recommend anyone to work with this company under any circumstances. In a very important project of mine, they did not assess part of the project (despite the fact it was very clear on the initial plans that this needed to be done) and therefore they did not provide the necessary advice. Unfortunately no one picked this up until we reached that stage. When this was flagged up, we contacted Colin Brennan to let him now and told him this was urgent. The builders were on site just waiting for the necessary instructions to carry on with the job. He said he was going to sort it in a couple of days. These couple of days became weeks. Many calls were made asking him to please deliver the job (which was possibly no more than a couple of hours task) and he kept saying that he was going to do it "that afternoon" or "tomorrow for sure". Three times he said that after receiving calls chasing him. As I said, more than three weeks later the guy just stopped a answering phone calls and messages. All this time and money lost. Totally careless for his clients. Totally careless about recognising their own mistakes. This is the type of company you want to avoid at all cost because they will let you down with not even minimum consideration or respect. Shameless people they are!
