Sopranos Pizza And Grill Bar

Been ordering from sopranos gatley for the past 10 years and this last 6 months I've had to ring up multiple times to complain that food is burnt and cold. Again tonight I've had the same problem. Sadly I will no longer be ordering from here.

Ordered a takeaway from the Web, ordering was nice and easy Went downhill from that point on. The delivery guy delivered half the order ? After an amusing conversation with somebody who pretended not to hear me 10 minutes later the rest of my order was delivered. Never never never go there again....

Ordered at 5.30 Food turned up over 2hours later at 7.40 and cold Restaurant very unhelpfull when calling. I used to order from here quite regularly but now you have lost a customer for life.

As I was placing my order on the app I was advised that delivery would be within 30 minsafter it was placed it stated delivery would be 2 hours when I live just around the corner! So I rightfully called the store and queried it with them. The person I spoke to was the manager who was very defensive and abrupt and said my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes.Nearly 2 hours later my pizza finally arrived. The driver couldnt find my location and was extremely obnoxious. When I finally began tucking in to my cold pizza, I must say it was the worst pizza Ive ever had in my life- no exaggerations! It really was that bad. The cheese was runny and slimey and base was like cardboard. Avoid like the plague people!
