        Leira is a fantastic trainer shes professional and adaptable, great at communicating about what youre doing and why youre doing it. Shes encouraging and motivating and really driving when you need her to be. Shes helped me gain a new outlook on fitness and given me motivation and confidence I never knew I had in me. Only One PT is the Only PT you should use.
