        A very good experience, not rushed and took time as I have issues with mobility at present. Took time to explain everything they were doing and not pushed into having something I did not want. Also given cup of coffee.

        This is the first time I got my glasses from here as it was difficult to travel to spec savers during covid 19. Had all sort of problems, the glasses werent good, the lense didnt fit in the frame, the frame, bought from them, broke when they were fixing the lense and at one point was told they had no record of my payment!! Thank God I had my statement to show them! And now the lense has fallen out again! I thought to let things go, but enough is enough!
