        Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Booked an appointment for 3.30 and on the phone told them I had work and they assured me Id be finished by 4.15. Waited 15 mins while they are finishing walk ins, to be told it will be another 10/15 minutes. Leaving 15 mins for a full set with gel? Impossible. Had to walk out and now cant have nails done for an important event!

        I used to go here regularly out of convenience however I will not be returning for a number of reasons! Please avoid, terrible customer service, booked an appointment, and still waited over an hour, with no apology, rude staff, messy toe nails that I have to clean up with a nail file after and they do not wear gloves! Felt humiliated last time I went and I will not be returning they have lost a good customer!
